This section looks at some of Sakura's friends from school.
CHIHARU MIHARA
English Name: Chelsea

Chiharu is a really good friend of Sakura Kinomoto. She's nice and polite and is often found with Rika Sasaki and Naoko Yanagisawa. She has been friends with Takashi Yamazaki since kindergarten and she loves him. Takashi does love her in return but he rarely shows it. Chiharu made him a bear and gave it to him, hoping he would name it after her, but instead he named it after his favourite candy. Besides all this, Chiharu is the only one that can stop Takashi in the middle of his lies.
RIKA SASAKI
English Name: Rita

Rika is a really good friend of Sakura Kinomoto. She can often be seen with Chiharu Mihara and Naoko Yanagisawa. She is very mature for her age and rather shy. She loves her teacher, Yoshiyuki Terada. In the anime, the love is sort of one-sided, but in the manga, Yoshiyuki returns her love and they're very happy together. Rika can often guide Sakura in terms of relationships.
NAOKO YANAGISAWA
English Name: Nikki

Naoko is a good friend of Sakura Kinomoto. One can often find her with Chiharu Mihara and Rika Sasaki. She loves reading books, especially fantasy novels, and she adores ghost stories. She loves it when Takashi Yamazaki or Eriol Hiiragizawa start telling ghost stories and sometimes she would purposely ask them to tell her about one, much to Sakura's dismay.
TAKASHI YAMAZAKI
English Name: Zackery

Takashi is a good friend of Sakura Kinomoto and Syaoran Li. He has one speciality that no one else had at first: he tells convincing stories/lies. Rather, he's not that convincing, but he fools Sakura and Syaoran all the time. When Takashi met Eriol Hiiragizawa, they became fast friends, both helping each other out with their stories, still completely fooling nearly everyone. Chiharu Mihara, the one Takashi cares for most and has known since kindergarten, is the only one that can stop him, usually with a pound on the head. Personality-wise, Takashi is smart, can do work neatly and efficiently, and is friends with everyone.
