This section features fan-submitted poetry about Digimon. Some poems are serious, while others are humorous. Regardless, these poems show how the Digimon series ignited the imaginations of its fans.

Good-Bye

The battle is done, the Victory has been won.
All their enemies are defeated, destroyed, deleted.
But in the happiness, sadness comes.
The eight young children know their work is done and now they Must dsy good-bye.
All the laugter couldn't hide the pain in Tai's heart knowing that
Him and Agumon would soon have to part.
The Victory cries couldn't hid the pain in Matt's eyes as
Him and Gabumon said their good-byes.
And When it came ti came time for Izzy to part it seemed no other words would
do except the simple phrase 'I love you'.
Gomamon and Joe at the waters edge they would part keeping each
Others memories in their heart.
Down in the valley, side by side T.K. and Patamon stood and Cried.
T.K.'s hope shined through his eyes as him and Patamon
said their good-byes. But before they parted each his own way
A vaw was made to return one day.
Sora and Biyomon cried as they parted their ways thinking of The simples days.
Gatomon din't quite know how to say good-bye, she didn't want
To see Kari cry. But Kari didn't seem that sad , as if she knew
She wouls be in Digimon Zero two.
But Mimi had yet to say good-bye befor the hole closed in the
Sky, but all her searching was in vain it seemed she would never see Her
friend again. How could Palmon leave at a time like
This! All Mimi could do was cry for she would was cry she would never be
able to say good-bye.Palmon sat alone and cried unable to deal
With the pain inside. It hurt to much to say good-bye she
Couldn't bare to see Mimi cry.
Mimi was already aboard the trolley when Palmon finally
Discovered her folly. How could she not say good-bye? She
Knew she had to catch her to say good-bye but was it too late?
Had she gone through the sky ? All Palmon could do was try.
Mimi sat in the trolley and softly cried as she thought about
The biter thought of not being able to say good-bye. Mimi knew
Things would never be the same, but through her tears she heard
Someone calling her name! It was Palmon she was saying
Good-bye! Now it was tears of joy Mimi cried. And just like
a familiar dream Mimi's hat got cought in a breeze, it flew
In the sky as everyone said one last good-bye and as the hat
Spun in the wind it seemed to say 'We'll come back one day'
So dry your eyes T.K. and Mimi don't cry one day you'll come
Back through the hole in the sky.

Different Digimon

MetalGarurumon is my name,
Saving my friends is my game.
Watch out for my Metal Wolf Claw attack,
Cause if you get hit you're never coming back!

My names Etemon, I'm a digijerk.
My best attack is Dark Network!
I love to sing in my microphone,
I can't seem to notice my annoying drone.

I'm big and green and kind of mean,
I think I grew up from a jelly bean.
Mimi was in trouble so I digivolved one day,
And blew up that gear with my Needle Spray!

Angemon appeared not a moment too late,
And lit up the sky with his Hand Of Fate!
He extinguished Devimon that's a fact,
I wish I had a Digimon like that!

I'm an underwater Digimon you know it's true,
The top of me is brown, the bottom is blue.
I took the Digidestined to an underwater cave'
And saved them from MetalSeadramon with my Tidal Wave!

Episode One

7 kids appeared one day
falling from the sky
Koromon ran over to one
and knew his name was Tai

Tai was very shocked at this
he tried to run away
But Koromon kept following him
And they ran up a tree

Izzy climbed up the tree
and showed the Motimon
when who should attack but a big red beetle
whose name was Kuwagamon

They scrambled down the tree they and ran inside the trunk
Izzy got confused
They heard the familier voice of Sora
and got more shocking news

She had with her a Yokomon
And she liked it a lot
They found TK with Tokomon
and they got...

Another big suprise when
Matt came walking on
he had cuddled under his arm
but a little Tsunomon

All of a sudden they heard a scream
the scream of the pessimist Joe
He was being chased by a Bukamon
and now there is one more to go

Mimi came around a tree
with all her pink stuff on
But right behind her like everyone else
was a Tanemon

They all introduced themselves
with only one thing to say
And they said it to them
on that exact day

"We're Digimon Digital Monsters"
They all exclaimed together
But once again Kuwagamon showed up and
it would change the kids lives forever

The Digimon attacked the bug
blowing bubbles at him
they were no match for the giant monster
but didnt give up then

All of a sudden rainbow colored
lights surrounded them
And they changed form into bigger monsters
with better attacks and went after Kuwagamon again

They were able to knock him down
and they all rejoiced
Then Kuwagamon leaned up again
and then they heared a noise

He had put his teeth into
the ledge that they were on
And they tumbled down toward the river
and Kuwagamon was gone

No this is not the end of the story
they survived the great big drop
when Gomamon/Bukamon
kept them from going plop

I have a guy named Davis, boy is he bright.
T.K.'s a bum and so alone,
That I wish that he would just stay at home.
Gatomon's my digimon and is my Friend,
She a Lighting Clawing kitty, together to the end.

He's a stealing 'lil cat and steals from people's pockets!
Till the day I die, and Gato has the flu,

A Sad Digimon Love Poem

Dear Kari,

Ever since I've been on the road,
I wish that I was back at home.
Veemon and Gatomon are the best,
And I'm glad that they're not like the rest!
I'm happy to say that I miss you,
I'm sad to say I'm gone,
That I'm gonna write you a song,
To remember me know that I'm gone.

One, you're like a dream come true,
Two, just wanna be with you,
Three, 'cause it's plan to see, that you're the only one for me and
Four, repeat steps one threw three,
Five, make you fall in love with me,
If ever I believe my work is,

In a room

His work being done.
The only reminder being

In a world faraway

He silently prayed to the Digi-Gods above
That he would be able to stay with the one he loved.
He knew that he'd return once more if he died
He wished to remain alongside his friend
To the end
In a land where angels are laughing

To his amaze
He began to fade away
He felt no pain
And began to cry again.
Not tears of sadness
But tears of happiness
His wish was granted.
He would return to protect the one he was sent to
Till death do they part
Forever to the end.
He closed his eyes
And felt himself drift to a land
Beyond the rivers and sand.

Later, it is said about the two friends who smiled
like angels themselves
Who never were apart even at the end.

Two angels, it was said
Who saved the world from the end.
Even when they were parted,
They were soon reunited.
Even in death,
They are together
Friends to the end.
So pure and full of hope,
Like two fallen angels on earth.

GOOD-BYE AGAIN (Sora's POV)


Gennai told us to say good-bye.
To this day, I wonder why.
Why the gate had to close.
I doubt anyone else knows.
Yolei is still crying. We're all really sad.
TK's holding Kari, Davis is mad.
The others are silent, so am I.
I'm holing back a strong urge to cry.
"They're gone again" Tai said.
Matt just sat there, scratching his head.
Cody and Joe stared at the floor.
As is to say, "please, no more"
Mimi is now crying with Yolei.
"Mimi, stay strong" was my desperate plea.
One last look at the digital land.
We look out the window to see the last of our friends.
In a flash, they are gone.
Silently, I say "Biyomon"
"Four more years?" asked Matt.
"Yes," TK said, removing his hat.
A moment of silence followed that word.
We tried never to forget the Digi-world.

In four more years, we'll say again,
"Good-bye, Good luck, My Digimon friend."

We remember the good times, and remember the bad,
the good keep us going, but the rest make us sad,
dreaming about the old days, we spent with our friends,
when we knew it all, and never thought it would end.

The trips that we took, the things that we said,
from swimming with our friends, to being sick in bed,
we look back at them and smile, thinking what we could have done,
at the stories we made, the tales that we spun.

Then the day comes, when we all had to part,
where we all said goodbyes, and it made an ache in our heart,
thinking about one day, that would live in our minds,
when back to each other, the way we would find.

Then we met, one day in the fall,
At our old school, in the same hall,
we looked around, and went back to the places,
went back to the past, and remembered the faces.

And we will return, I know that one day,
we will meet again, and then we will say,
"we came back once, and we'll do it again,
cause this is the place, where it all began."

This Is Not The End

Theres no way we can forget,
The day that they all met.
At a summer camp in zero-one,
The digi-destined and digimon has some fun.
No one will forget Tai and his leading,
With Agumon, it's always time for feeding.
Matt firendship was proved each hour,
As Gabumon showed off al of his power.
Sora always cared for them all,
For her, Biyomon would always take the fall.
Izzy was smart and his computer skills, hot,
Tenotmon's super shock was quite a shot!
For Mimi, the princess, she wanted her way!
Palmon would reach out, and save the day!
Joe was ok but he always worried alot,
Gomamon helped out with whatever they fought!
T.K. was small but was very brave,
Against Devimon, by Patamon, T.K. was saved!
Kari was the 8th and a digi-destined all along,
Her digimon, Gatomon, was very strong!
In 02 thats when the school year began,
3 new digi-destined and digimon were at hand.
Davis was the new leader and was cool from the start,
Veemon was stong and had a very big heart.
Yolei was the brains and she complained,
When she got Hawkmon, that all changed.
Cody was the youngest but his knowlage he kept,
Amodillomon's foungt but mostly slept!
T.K. was back, taller and braver than before,
He and Patamon were united once more!
Kari was back too, and she shone with her light,
Of course with Gatomon, they put up a fight!
Ken changed his ways and became and good friend,
Forever, Wormmon will be with Ken.
For all digifans all over the world,
What's instore for the new 03 boys and girl?
adventure still lives in our hearts at all times,
Digimon has touched all of our lives.
So digimon is not gone aslong as it's in your heart,
But we can't forget Davis, and his noddle cart!

Once more the battled over,
Once more the fight is done,
Once more they have won,
As once more the final chapter is told,
Like the setting of the sun.
Each child has a look in their eyes,
they can't keep back their joy no matter how hard they try,
The hope that seemend almost dead now seems to fly.
They know that this time there will be no more good-byes.
Their hearts now sing a happy song of the wonders yet to come.
Their hearts for once all beat as one.
They know their struggle is done.
Each one now rembers the past and how they uesd to be,
If only they knew back then what in the future they wold see.
Oh, how they would fight over crests and who would stay up to stand gard,
But some how throught it all they overcame evey challenge no matter how hard!
They learned to love, to fight, to kill,
They learned of sadness and how to heal.
Once more they learned to over come all their fears,
And when was the time to shed tears.
Once more somthing happend to these denstined ones so free,
They fulfilled the destiny that was ment to be.
Though the story now has a end, maybe just around the bend there will be something more,
Just maybe they will be back for a seasson four...

Cool Friendship

My name is Matt
I am not fat,
I have a wife named Sora
I have a kid named Sora2,
I hate that stupid Tai
He try's to steal my wife,
I have a digimon named Gabumon
he doesn't like baby food called Gabu,
If it wasn't for the stupid Tai I would be the leader!
