[The vortex to the Digital World opens up again. Tai must go through it to return to his friends in the Digital World and to reunite with Agumon. In doing so, he is forced to leave his little sister behind...]
Tai: Agumon! Come back!
Agumon: I'm needed... in DigiWorld. I'll never forget you my friends! Thanks for your help!
Tai: Wait! Take me with you! You still need my help! Agumon!
[Tai attempts to follow, but is stopped by Kari's hands.]
Kari: Tai! Stay with me!
Tai: No. Go wait for mom and dad.
[Kari moves closer to Tai.]
Kari: I'm so sorry...
Tai: Why?
Kari: You're right. I know you have to leave.
Tai: I really do... OK?
Kari: OK...
Tai: Agumon can't digivolve without me.
[Tai looks at the digivice in his hand.]
Tai: This is my fight too!
[Tai makes a fist around the digivice and hold his arm up. He begins to float upwards.]
Kari: Please be careful...
[Kari holds her brother's hand, facing him as Tai continues to float upwards.]
Tai: Goodbye Kari...
[Kari is forced to let her brother go. She watches as he floats away and fades from sight.]
Kari: Bye bye, Tai... Don't forget about me...
[The rift closes, and Kari is left staring upwards at the sky.]
