The following is the last few moments of the movie. This is the ultimate spoiler. Please do NOT read on unless you've seen the movie, or wish to ruin the experience for yourself. You've been warned.


Van and Hitomi stand alone on a hillside, watching the sun set...

Hitomi: Van... I don't know how long I can stay here.

Van: Until you are called away by the mystic moon. But, until then, I'll stay be your side.

Hitomi: Thank you... we can be together forever...

Van looks at Hitomi and a smile appears on his face. They stand together and watch as the sun sets. The song Sora begins to play in the background. The pair look at each other.

Hitomi: I heard it... the song sung by that lady...

Hitomi steps forward and looks out towards the sky. Van watches her, and then his eyes grow wide.

As Hitomi stands in front of Van, a set of brilliant white wings appears on her back. Feathers fly around in the air, and Van smiles understandingly.

Hitomi vanishes into thin air.

Van looks up in the sky towards the moon and the mystic moon. In an instant, the mystic moon vanishes as if it was never there. And only the white moon is left in the sky...
