01/05/30---DBZ season 5 airdate

PN reports... FUNimation is happy to announce that starting September 3 new episodes of Dragon Ball Z will begin airing on Cartoon Network. Until then, viewers can enjoy a double dose of their favorite TV series that is Cartoon Network's No. 1-rated show. DBZ is being aired in back-to-back episodes in the popular Toonami block. The extended Dragon Ball Z lineup began May 14 and airs weeknights from 6-7 p.m. EDT, then 12 to 1 a.m. EDT for Toonami's Midnight Run. "This is a testament to just how well-loved the characters of Dragon Ball Z have become," said Gen Fukunaga, president of FUNimation, which introduced the Japanese TV series to America. "No other series has ever been allowed that amount of time during Toonami, so this obviously is a very exciting time - not only for FUNimation, but for all Dragon Ball Z fans." In addition, the Cartoon Network has designated May 25 as Z Day, which means that the entire Toonami will be dedicated to airing Dragon Ball Z episodes. Viewers have been and can cast votes online for their top 2 DBZ episodes, which will be included in the May 25 broadcast. And starting June 25th, be sure to tune into Cartoon Network to watch the Dragon Ball series that will begin airing in the time slot immediately following DBZ. It's very close to the day I moved to my subdomain at BulbaCenter.com a year ago. That move changed fate! And it's a very nice day. 01/05/27---Huge Digimon List Update

I finally got around to updating this! All the Digimon are in number order, including the newer ones. *smiles* I fixed a few errors and spelling mistakes. The biggest update is the addition of Digimon 228-351!!! That's a lot! Trust me! The list is HUGE! 01/05/26---Too weird...

I just got back from the Anime North convention in Toronto. Ummm... it's defiantly an anime convention. It's also, well... judge it for yourself... The art was good. Have you ever seen any of those artists use those markers? WOW! It's amazing! On the other side of things, I was one of the youngest people there! A good 70% of the people there were over 25!!! And a lot of people were dressed up. I saw a total of two Digimon characters: 02 Takeru and Mimi. Someone else was Cell from DBZ. I went to the masquerade they had. The announcer was the comic relief. *giggles* Lot's of cosplayers... err... masqueraders from tons of different animes. People put on little skits. A couple dressed as Hitomi and Van from Escaflowne successfully acted out Van and Hitomi's goodbye from the last episode of the show... in Japanese! Let's just say that the entire experience made very little sense at all, but that's ok. Anyone who wasn't an anime otaku would think everyone was completely insane. *giggles* I guess that's what happens when there are guys walking around dressed as Merle and Sakura... *cough* There was a pretty awesome Lady Une with split personalities though... *walks off* "If a person truly wants to live, he can make anyplace he wants a heaven." -Yui Ikari, Evangelion Till next time... 01/05/25---End of Toonami as we know it?!

I was just surfing around yesterday, when I found this very very crappy news! Oh and the studio should have some new stuff this weekend including a new layout! ^-^ lol there is always got to be a bad and a good! Repeats galore starting in 2002? Up until the AOL purchase of Time/Warner, the networks founded by Ted Turner enjoyed their own separate freedom from the rest of the company. Networks such as CNN, Turner Classic Movies and the Cartoon Network had their own management and agenda. The AOL purchase changed all of that; it effectively removed Ted Turner from having any say in the running of the company. (Some insiders back at Time/Warner headquarters in New York have been telling us for years that Mr. Turner had been slowly removing himself anyway.) In order to streamline the company (to help recoup its investment), AOL decided to cut down or remove those separate management teams and create a single agenda. Time/Warner execs quickly convinced the new AOL team that executives from Warner Bros. Television should be in charge of the Turner networks. Executives from Warner Bros. Television will now start to oversee these networks which includes the Cartoon Network. 01/05/25---Anime North

The Anime North anime convention kicks off this weekend! It's one of the largest in North America. It began today at 6pm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It'll be running through this Sunday. Admission is $40 Canadian for a weekend pass. The prices per day very. It's a bit much, but it should be worth it. If I find time, I'll try and head out there. It's looks really interesting! They have a ton of guests, exhibits, even stuff for model builders and cosplayers! Here are the hours and prices... 01/05/24---Digithon on FoxKids Latinamerica

UMJAMS reports... Fox Kids latinamerica officially announces that the Digithon will starts next June 23rd at 9:00 AM, and concludes the 24th at 22:30 PM, all central time Mexico/USA. The Digithon will be all the first season of Digimon in the original Japanese version, dubbed to Spanish, that is, not the Saban version. (By the way, some of the differences between both versions, is that "TK" an "Matt" aren't half brothers, as Saban says, but complete brothers and living separated with their divorced parents). Fox Kids also announced that the second season of this series, Digimon 02, will starts to broadcast next July 1st. Thanks to César De la luz for the Information. LELOLA won 3 more awards! I added them and a Taichi gift to the Award Showcase 5! *smiles* THANKEES!!! And since a lot of you have been asking, Sorato is the final result. Sorato means Sora x Yamato. It's no secret that I'm a Taiora (Taichi x Sora) fan. Sorato and Kenyako (Ken x Miyako) are the only offical couples. The others are unknown. And neither Dakari nor Takari are offical couples. Like I said once before, if this really bugs you, just forget that last little bit is there. Yeah, and I saw the Tamers preview at the end. Heck, I taped it! I tape everything! Even commericals! It didn't really tell us anything we didn't already known. They might make it tie into the last two seasons. I'm half hoping they won't. Tamers exists on its own. Oh, that reminds me, I have Tamers stuff to update soon... Anyway, I don't think Tamers has been dubbed into English yet. In the preview Terriermon made a noise. 01/05/21---An Anime Adventure

I had a very interesting day! I ended up at a (mostly) Chinese mall. They sold tons, and I mean tons of anime stuff! Some of it was illegal, but the selection of offical stuff was HUGE! Not too much in the Digimon department though. I only got two season one posters. I managed to find a Escaflowne Movie poster and a DBZ Trunks wallscroll. I also picked up 3 DBGT subtitled tapes. At least I think I did. I haven't gotten a chance to watch them yet and the packaging is really confusing due to my lack of Japanese reading skills. (I'm learning katakana) I think they're episodes 1-12. *shrugs* Lots of models too! I saw a Tekkamon Blade model kit too. It was the real thing. I should have gotten it. Oh well. There's always next time (I hope). Don't ask me where I went. I even have no idea! I learned some more Japanese though. Oh, and some of the paint jobs on the models were just amazing! I saw a HUGE Wing Zero Custom (Endless Waltz) model painted and everything! I've never seen anything like it! OK... now I'm just rambling... The new pic and quote of the week are up! The pic took me 3 hours to make! It's mixture of a ton of pics from both seasons, the finale, and the movies. It's HUGE! It's so big, I had to thumbnail it for the right scrollbar. It's excellent quality and kinda neat to stare at. There are a lot of parts to it! It's full of digital memories! 01/05/09---DB airdate changed

This is from the press release... The Dragon Ball air date has been rescheduled from June 4. The new date that Dragon Ball is to begin airing on Cartoon Network is June 25. We apologize for the delay and hopefully this will be the last reschedule. Dragon Ball is still slotted for 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time, immediately after Dragon Ball Z. The first 28 episodes of DB will air. These episodes will contain the original music from the Japanese series. This series is a blast, so be sure to tune in June 25. 01/05/08---languages and a countdown

Updated the right scroll-bar a bit. All the languages translations have been updated. I switched it over to Lycos since the old ones weren't working. They should be working now! They're aren't the best translations in the world, but I hope they help! Also, at the bottom, I added a Digimon Countdown. This will countdown till the last episode of Digimon Zero Two airs on FoxKids. Tamers will come after, but after episode 50, you'll probably never see Tai and the others ever again. 01/05/05---Finally... RYO!

Ryo is finally here! *smiles* Ryo is that mysterious Digimon character who shows up in Ken's flashbacks. He also appears briefly in Our War Game. I just added Ryo's profile to the Digimon characters section! Also, there was no offical profile pic of Ryo and I didn't want to have a profile without a pic, so I drew and colored one for ya! *winks* I hope you like it! Check it out! I think they were made by the original creator before I started making them. Her name was Sora and she ran Sora's Digimon Site (now closed). Oh well. It's amazing what you can find on your hardrive. Did ya know... Maaya Sakamoto, the Japanese voice of Hitomi from Escaflowne, sings the opening to the Japanese version of Escaflowne, No Need For Promises. She also sings the Record of Lodoss War opening, Kiseki no Umi along with Yôko Kanno. It's one of the most beautiful openings ever! Sakamoto is also know as a J-POP artist. *winks* Till next time... Two new Digimon episodes this week! The first of which will air tonight on YTV at 5:30. The second will air tomorrow at the same time. FoxKids will show'em Saturday morning! *winks* Here's what you'll see... "The Dark Gate" Description: Wanting to save his friend and partner, Davis followed after the truck carrying Ken on Raidramon. As Davis finally began to catch up, Daemon appeared before them. Arukenimon, had by this time, made a copy of the dark seed within Ken and was willing to hand the now useless boy over to Daemon. Davis took this chance to grab his friend, but Daemon was too powerful and Arukenimon escaped with the kidnapped children. Davis tried as hard as he could to fight off Daemon. Yolei and Cody joined in to, but even Imperialdramon was no match for the darkest digimon. Only one option was left… seal Daemon up in the dark ocean! In order to save everyone he held dear, Ken attempted to open the gate to the dark ocean on his own. Can Ken overcome his fear of the darkness and open up the gate? Will Davis' screams be heard? The ultimate battle with darkness is drawing nearer... "Duel Of The Wargreymon" Description: Davis’s strong desires help open the dark gate and Daemon is forced into the world of darkness. However, the digidestined’s fight is far from over. The dark seed has been transplanted into the children. The worried faces of the parents of the kidnapped children change, as they are now pleased to see their kids again. The children now display high intelligence and a genius IQ. (*cough*Ken when he was evil*cough*) Davis and the other known what will happen to the children if the seeds stay within them. They try to contact each of their homes in order to save them. The parents either don’t believe them, or don’t care. Also, Agumon contacts a depressed Daisuke with surprising information. Blackwargreymon is back! Blackwargreymon searches for Oikawa to find his purpose. Agumon blocks Oikawa and defends him. Afterall, Oikawa has the only information on the dark seed. Now it’s Wargreymon vs Blackwargreymon! Who’s going to win this ultimate clash? And will Blackwargreymon finally learn the secret of his birth? 01/05/02---Request

Well, it has been brought to my attention that the Digimon changes section is incomplete and or inaccurate(?). The movie changes are pretty accurate since I own VHS copies (want one? visit Megchan) and have watched them recently. The other sections however are a little shaky. Why? Well, some stuff I haven't seen in over a year (stupid selective memory) and don't own copies of. Others, I saw digitalizated by a friend in huge files in so-so quality and couldn't make out everything that was going on. And if I saw it in Japanese, it was with the lack of subtitles and in well, Japanese. Let's just say, I'm very bad at languages. So, what is my request? Well, if you see anything that is wrong or missing, let me know so I can fix it and or add it! *winks* Also, if anything on this site is really really annoying you, bring it to my attention, and I'll see what I can do.
