INTERVIEW WITH THE KING OF BEAN DIP
Kyle Hebert is a unique and talented voice actor with an interesting personality. You may recognize his voice as Teenage Gohan from DragonBall Z. For more on the wonderful Kyle-sama, check out his website! *winks*
At CN Anime 2002, I had the honor of meeting him and presented him with some questions. And so, I present to you my little interview with the almighty king of bean dip!
Pan: Can you fly?
Kyle-sama: Only when I jump off buildings, and even then, its only until I hit the ground. Then it gets messy.
Pan: Do you like cats?
Kyle-sama: Nope. They prance around with tons of attitude.......and they owe me
money.
Pan: I like cats. Anyway, what is your preferred dueling style?
Kyle-sama: Walk 10 paces, turn, and run.
Pan: If you met "Squid Man" what would you do?
Kyle-sama: I'd ask him if he was a member of the Super Hero Union, and if he is, does he get good benefits. Like, are his tentacles insured? ...stuff like that.
Pan: What's up with the bean dip?
Kyle-sama: You'll have to take that up with Frito Lay. All I know is, massive farting abounds. Got a match?
Pan: And I quote "Kyle Hebert copyright Mr. and Mrs. Hebert. They reserve the right to kick the butt of anyone who hurts their little boy". Is that true?
Kyle-sama: They're not really violent people, but they're a whole lot cheaper than lawyers. Guess you never heard of the famous case of "The Public vs. We Pronounce it "Ay Bear" NOT "Her Bert"
Pan: What's your favorite candy?
Kyle-sama: Fast Break. I'm a sucker for peanut buttery things.
Pan: If I let you hold Kuma, do you promise not to eat him?
Kyle-sama: Uh......well, does he taste like chicken?
Pan: Who is your hero?
Kyle-sama: Mel Blanc, the voice of all those classic Warner Bros. cartoons, which helped raise a nation of maniacs. Heheh. Ain't it great?
Pan: Are you related to Nappa?
Kyle-sama: I'm his father's cousin's sister's former roommate, twice removed, and a couple added back in.
Pan: Have you ever been eaten by a shark?
Kyle-sama: Yes. He spit me out right away though, and said he preferred a bowl of fava beans and a nice chiante.
Pan: If you could have 3 wishes, what would you wish for?
Kyle-sama: Things that could get me into trouble. :)
Pan: Have you ever played rock-paper-Zazel?
Kyle-sama: No, but I was the national champion at cross-country tag team thumb wrestling in 1987.
^^ And so ends this chapter of insanity. Looks! *points in random direction* A cat! *runs off*
