Ricochet Moon is a network of sites run by the lovely and talented Elphaba. She is known for her one of a kind graphic and layout skills, and for her wonderful content. I've visited Ricochet Moon for years, and it has yet to let me down. This is why it deserves my award. Ricochet Moon has been an inspiration to me, and continues to be to this day.
