Omi is the youngest member of Weiss, and the technological expert. Whenever Weiss needs information for a mission, Omi’s always the one who finds what they’re looking for.

Omi’s also the kindest member of Weiss. He’s always got a smile on his face and is always willing to lend an ear. Many characters find it easy to talk to Omi about their problems. He’s trust-worthy and no matter how things get, Omi is continually optimistic.

Omi’s weapon of choice are darts. He carries concealed poisoned darts with him at all times, and is needed, reacts quickly. Omi also uses a crossbow on some missions. His aim is exceptional, and even from far distances, he never misses his target.

Omi’s past is a mystery to him for much of the series, as he suffers from amnesia. Much of his childhood was blanked out from his mind.

Omi’s real identity is Mamoru Takatori. He was raised as Reiji Takatori’s third and youngest son. When Mamoru was about seven-years-old, he was kidnapped. His father refused to pay the ransom and left Mamoru to die. Luckily, Perisha saved Mamoru from the kidnappers. He renamed Mamoru “Omi Tsukyono” and made him a part of Weiss.

Early in the series, Omi’s memories of being kidnapped begin to come back to him. He was traumatized by not only the fact that he was kidnapped, but because his father didn’t want to pay his ransom. The idea that he was unwanted disturbs Omi, but luckily, Omi’s optimism keeps him going.

Omi fights not only fights to protect innocent souls, he fights in the hopes that he’ll understand more about himself. And bit by bit, the pieces of Omi’s past begin to come together.
