Name: Neu
Real Name: Asuka

A powerful member of Schreient, Neu fights with killer accuracy. She’s not much of a talker, and she wears a helmet that conceals her face. In an earlier episode, Youji shatters this helmet and discovers that Neu looks much like Asuka did.

It is unknown whether Neu is really Asuka, but it is quite possible. She lives only for Masafumi, and Masafumi is known for his human experiments. It is likely that he saved Asuka’s life and turned her into his follower.

Later in the series, Neu is hurt and taken in by Youji. Youji is convinced that she is, indeed, Asuka. He helps her wounds heal, and even risks his position in Weiss for her safety. Youji believes with all his heart that she’s Asuka.

However, Neu isn’t what she appears to be and manages to lead Weiss into a trap. She attacks Youji, but he refuses to fight back. When Neu tells him that her love is not for Youji, but for Masafumi, Youji attacks her. He wraps his wire around her neck, and with tears in his eyes, he strangles her. Neu’s last words are that she loves Masafumi.

SCHOEN

Name: Schoen
Real Name: Karen Kitamura
Age: 24
Weapon: Red Whip


Schoen used to be a top model, but when things didn’t work out, she became an assassin. Like the other Schreient members, she’s madly in love with Masafumi and will do anything to make him happy.

Schoen is also very conceited. Her looks are everything in the world to her. After Ken manages to cut her face, she swears to kill him.

Schoen’s weapon of choice is a red whip. She has so much strength, that her attacks are deadly. She’s not someone you want to mess with, especially if you manage to ruin her makeup.

TOT

Name: Tot
Real Name: Nanami Hibino
Age: 17
Weapon: Yellow Umbrella


Tot is the youngest member of Schreient. She’s incredibly naïve and childish. She even carries around a stuffed bunny rabbit and speaks in baby talk. For this reason, people underestimate her. Tot’s weapon of choice is a yellow umbrella which hides a blade. Despite appearances, she’s an excellent fighter.

Tot loves Masafumi, but not as much as the other Schreient members. Her true love is Nagi from Schwarz who keeps an eye out for her. Tot loves Nagi’s company as he always manages to put a smile on her face. Before Schreient’s final battle with Weiss, Nagi tells her to quit Schreient, but she refuses. Instead, she tells Nagi that she wants them to live together after the battle is over.

Tot may be childish, but the odds seem to be in her favor as she is the only Schreient member to stay alive through the entire series.
