DN Angel is a manga series by Yukiru Sugisaki that began in 1997 in Japan. It's the story of a young boy named Daisuke. He seems like a normal teenage boy, but in reality, he's anything but normal.

On his 14th birthday, Daisuke realizes his curse. When Daisuke feels strong emotions of love towards Risa, he transforms into Dark - the great art thief. In the darkness of the night sky, he finds himself stealing pieces of artwork. However, Daisuke and Dark are not the same.

When Dark is in control, Daisuke is still awake in the back of his mind. Even as Daisuke protests, he finds that there is not much he can do to control Dark.

And to make things worse, Hitawari, a boy in Daisuke's class, is on a mission to capture dark and bring him to justice.
