Bob and Dot
This is the most loved and accepted couple in ReBoot. It's pretty obvious that these two love each other - they are just too stubborn to show it at times. They are perfect for each other and get along very well. Dot even proposes to him. Too bad everything went psycho afterwards. Many people are still holding out that these two will end up together. And there is no doubt in my mind that Bob and Dot end up in each other's arms.

Bob and Mouse
When Mouse first appeared, it became clear that she had known Bob in the past. She also showed him some affection. However, this disappeared as the series progressed and never amounted to anything.


Bob and Hexadecimal
Throughout most of the series, it is clear that hexadecimal is in love with Bob. She captured him, and even kisses him many times. However, Bob doesn't seem to have any romantic feelings towards her. Bob may care about her, but he doesn't really love her. Hexadecimal gave her life to save Bob and the net. Her last words to Bob were, "I've always loved you, Bob..."


Bob and Dixon
OK... so I'm probably the only one who even considered this, but what about Bob and Dixon? They were colleagues. Glitch was hers before it was Bob's. Look what happened to Bob when he witnessed her deletion. I think that they were just good friends, but it is possible that they were something more.
