Costume Information

her dress seemed like a fun Halloween costume to make.

I didn't base the costume on any one version of her outfit. In most of her incarnations, she wears a black or grey button-down dress with a collar, so that's what I ended up making. I modified a pattern to make it. For the collar, I cut a collar off a stained dress shirt and sewed it on. Instead of dealing with button holes, I sewed snaps under the buttons. I used my real hair for the pigtails and wore a pair of boots I had lying around.

Overall, this was a very simply costume, but it proved to be very recognisable and a lot of fun to wear.
